RCDA series air-cooled suspended electromagnetic iron remover

The air-cooled suspended electromagnetic iron remover uses an air conditioning fan for forced air cooling internally, which is characterized by simple operation and convenient use. It is suitable for occasions with good environmental conditions and is used for removing iron from any material in front of the crusher and on the conveyor belt. It provides reliable protection for mechanical equipment such as roller presses, crushers, and vertical mills.
Its main performance indicators meet or exceed the requirements of JB/T7689-2004 standard. This product can remove 0.1-35 kilograms of ferromagnetic substances mixed in non-magnetic materials. Note: When ordering inclined installation, please specify the inclination angle.
Technical characteristics
The magnetic circuit adopts computer simulation design, with large magnetic penetration depth and strong magnetic force.
Special air duct design, axial flow fan forced air cooling, large air volume, high air pressure, fast coil heat dissipation, low temperature rise, and small magnetic field difference between cold and hot states.
The coil undergoes special impregnation insulation and curing treatment technology, which is antioxidant and corrosion-resistant, improving the insulation performance of the entire machine and ensuring long-term continuous operation without aging.
