Main features
1. The fan shaped filter plate has uniform distribution of dewatering holes, reasonable porosity, large rib size, and is made of high-strength engineering plastic, which increases its service life by 1%-

2. The filtration area of the filtrate tube is large, and the area of the distribution head and abdominal cavity is large, which improves the suction rate and filtrate discharge effect.
3. Wear-resistant nylon monofilament or double-layer multifilament filter cloth increases dehydration rate and is not easy to block, extending service life.
4. Multi point dry oil pump centralized automatic lubrication.
5. The automatic cleaning device of the filter cloth maintains its good dehydration effect.
6. Horizontal forced variable speed mixing, with rubber and graphite packing at the shaft end and triple sealing with water pressure difference to ensure no slurry leakage.
7. The main transmission is continuously variable, adjusted according to the concentration and flow rate of the material (AC variable speed motor or frequency converter), in order to achieve the ideal working effect.
8. Each plate is composed of 20 filter fan plates, which strengthen the control of the filtration process and ensure uniform cake thickness.
9. The friction plate is made of special wear-resistant material boron cast iron, which combines rigidity and flexibility, has good sealing effect, and long service life.
10. The filtrate pipe is made of high-strength wear-resistant ceramic composite steel pipe, which increases its service life by more than 10 times.
11. Remove the upper and lower flanges from the interface between the filtrate pipe and the filter fan, and use a mold for positioning and direct welding to reduce the potential leakage points by 90%.
