NZNG series thickener
The thickener mainly consists of two parts: a circular thickener and a rake scraper. The solid particles suspended in the slurry in the concentration tank settle under the action of gravity, and the upper part becomes clear water, enabling the separation of solid and liquid. The mineral mud deposited at the bottom of the concentration tank is continuously scraped by a rake scraper to the central discharge port at the bottom of the tank for discharge, while the clarified water overflows from the upper edge of the concentration tank.

Scope of application
Suitable for dewatering concentrate and tailings in mineral processing plants, increasing the pulp content from 20-30% to around 40-70%. This thickener is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, chemical industry, coal, non-metallic mineral processing, and environmental protection.
