The RCDC series air-cooled self dumping electromagnetic iron remover is an iron unloading mechanism composed of a driving motor, a drum, and an iron unloading tape with a scraper, which is added to the RCDA series air-cooled suspended electromagnetic iron remover. During the working process, the iron unloading mechanism automatically throws the ferromagnetic substances adsorbed on the iron unloading belt into containers other than the iron remover, eliminating the need for power outage and manual cleaning, achieving automation of iron removal.
Applicable scope
In steel and cement plants, it is often used for slag iron removal and protection of important equipment such as roller presses, vertical mills, and crushers.
Technical characteristics
The magnetic circuit adopts computer simulation design, with large magnetic penetration depth and strong magnetic force.
Special air duct design, axial flow fan forced air cooling, large air volume, high air pressure, fast coil heat dissipation, low temperature rise, and small magnetic field difference between cold and hot states.
The coil adopts advanced impregnation insulation and curing treatment technology to protect the coil from dust and harmful gas erosion, improve the insulation performance of the entire machine, and ensure long-term continuous operation without aging.
Automatic iron unloading, easy maintenance, drum waist drum structure, with automatic belt deviation correction function, specially designed fully sealed bearing seat, can achieve long-term trouble-free operation.
The product has good compatibility, complete rectification equipment functions, manual and centralized control functions, and can meet various usage requirements.
