Technical characteristics
The magnetic circuit adopts computer simulation design, with large magnetic penetration depth and strong magnetic force.
The excitation coil is specially designed with longitudinal and transverse oil channels, which is very conducive to heat transfer to transformer oil, effectively reducing the temperature of the coil. The working temperature rise of the coil is less than 70 ° C, reaching the level of similar products abroad.
The coil insulation is of Class F or above, and a new type of high-temperature heat transfer oil is selected. The oil circuit design is reasonable, smooth and unobstructed, with fast circulation and high heat dissipation efficiency.
The coil is soaked and cured with a specially designed epoxy resin, which improves the insulation performance of the entire machine. The fully sealed structure is dustproof, rainproof, smoke proof, and corrosion-resistant.
Corrugated heat dissipation fins greatly increase the heat dissipation area and effectively control temperature rise.
