It can effectively prevent magnetic decay (ordinary magnets will quickly decay when used at a temperature of 70% Celsius).
2. The magnetic wrap angle is 360 degrees, with full strong magnetic field and no weak magnetic zone. It adopts a high-temperature and wear-resistant lightweight belt, continuously carrying out iron suction and discharge operations.

During the magnetic separation operation, the powder falls from the discharge port of the distributor onto the magnetic separator belt. With the rotation of the magnetic roller, the powder enters the magnetic field action zone of the magnetic roller. Non magnetic powder is subjected to inertia and gravity, and is thrown out by centrifugal force in the tangential direction of the front end of the magnetic separation zone, entering the next process. Under the action of magnetic field force, the magnetic material gradually detaches from the magnetic field action zone with the belt. The magnetic material falls into the miscellaneous hopper and then completes the entire process of operation.
